Russia (bbabo.net), - Actress Zinaida Kiriyenko has died. Fame brought her the role of Natalia Korshunova in the most beloved by the audience film adaptation of "The Quiet Flows the Don" by Sergei Gerasimov. Her heroines are deeply suffering strong women, immensely loving and dying because of their love. She is "charmingly natural, simple-hearted and harsh, like life itself," said her teacher at VGIK, master Sergei Gerasimov, about Zinaida Kiriyenko's talent.

Zinaida's mother dreamed that her daughter would become an actress, so she named her Aida - in honor of the famous heroine of Verdi's opera. But the father was strict and practical: he wrote down in the birth certificate - Zinaida. And my mother's dream came true ... Zinaida Kiriyenko became an actress. More than 70 film roles, 30 years of work in the Film Actor Theater.

“Now all the stars,” she did not get tired of repeating. “The young actor only starred in one episode of a series, and everything is a legend. I am not a“ star. ”God forbid, I am just an actress, woman, mother!” offers to recall the films in which Zinaida Kiriyenko played.

She got her biggest and starring role in her second year at VGIK. Zinaida Kiriyenko entered VGIK the first time, but first she had to leave the university - she did not get a place in the hostel. Everyone was in love with Gerasimov, including one of his best students, Zinaida Kiriyenko. “His intellect, erudition, the imagery with which he spoke was shocking,” Kiriyenko recalled.

Her very first role was in the short film "Hope", filmed by Gerasimov. There she played young Nadia, who left to conquer virgin lands. But the biggest role was ahead, also with Gerasimov: Cossack Natalya Melekhova - the wife of Grigory Korshunov. This role, which glorified the actress for centuries, was simply created for Kiriyenko. Natalia is a beauty, hardworking, restrained, with a hidden drama in her soul. She loved her husband and children. And she suffered from the fact that Grishka Melekhov loves another. She simply could not live without love. That's why she left ... she did not want to give birth to a child from an unloved person.

Zinaida Mikhailovna never named the name of that person. Actor and director Yevgeny Matveev never paid attention to any directives of officials. And he shot Zinaida Kiriyenko in his melodrama "Love of the Earth." In the film, based on the novel by Pyotr Proskurin, Zinaida Kiriyenko played Efrosinya Deryugina, the wife of the chairman of the collective farm, Zakhar Deryugin (Evgeny Matveev), who is raising four sons. Deryugin falls in love with a young fellow villager, Manya Polivanova. Zinaida Kiriyenko coped with the role brilliantly, and her heroine added to the gallery of unforgettable female images.
