"Identification" was filmed by Alexei Uchitel's student Vladlen Sandu.

In the center of the plot is Valeria (Lena Tronina), an orphan who lives and works in a clothing market. After converting to Islam, she marries the younger brother married employer, Bakir, who harasses her. During the wedding, Bakir is killed, and now Valeria is suspected of murder.

In the pre-trial detention center, it turns out that Valeria is not who she claims to be. “Identification” tells aboutwardly fragile heroine with a powerful inner core, who is forced to fight for her life and happiness, surrounded by the Kyrgyz diaspora, criminal personalities and police officials,” the authors talk about their work.

The premiere of two episodes of the series will take place at the 72nd Berlin Film Festival as part of the European Film Market. On February 17, the online premiere of the project will take place.
