For many years in a row, the group has timed them to Defender of the Fatherland Day, and at the same time to the birthday of Nikolai Rastorguev himself, who was born just on the occasion of the holiday - February 21, in the town of Lytkarino near Moscow.
At a press conference, the musician said that he actually made himself a long-awaited gift in honor of the anniversary. This is a collection of his favorite songs "Lyube".
“For a long time there was such an idea - to publish a double vinyl, where there is not a single traditional hit “Lube”. And two weeks ago I remembered this idea,” Rastorguev explained.
All these songs are already well-known, the oldest ones date back to the late 80s, and the most recent - "A River Flows" - from the soundtrack to the film "Relatives", which was released last year.
"Yes, these are not remakes, but the same recordings: the same sound, somewhere the voice is younger, somewhere older," the People's Artist of Russia specified.
The album also included mainly lyrical songs: "The main thing is that I have you", "Night", "Horse", "Grandmother" and others.

The release of the collection "Own" will take place in different formats: for now - as a digital download, and in the days of the upcoming concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg - already on CD and double vinyl.
