The Basmanny Court of Moscow once again extended the arrest of 68-year-old Boris Shpigel, ex-producer and former father-in-law of singer Nikolai Baskov.
The arrest, writes Super, is connected with the case of a bribe to the ex-governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev. Belozertsev and Spiegel were detained in March 2021, Spiegel’s wife Evgenia was taken into custody.
The couple is accused of paying the head of the region 20 million rubles, donating an expensive car and watch for the sake of favorable conditions for Spiegel's pharmaceutical company Biotek.
In 2001, Nikolai Baskov married the daughter of a businessman Svetlana, in 2006 the couple had a son, Bronislav. Bronislav Baskov is already 15 years old, in an interview, the singer said that the mother does not allow the child to communicate with him.
Earlier, ballerina Anastasia Volochkova, in an interview with Teleprogramma.pro, recalled how her "number one friend in show business", singer Nikolai Baskov, helped her get into a New York nightclub.
