Carnegie Hall in New York has decided to cancel performances by Russian conductor Valery Gergiev and pianist Denis Matsuev, the concert hall's press service said.

“Please note that instead of Valery Gergiev, the Vienna Philharmonic will be conducted by Yannick Nézet-Séguin. The performance of pianist Denis Matsuev will also not take place, ”the message says.
