Comedian Mirzalizadeh put up for sale his canceled residence permit in the Russian Federation

Comedian Idrak Mirzalizade said that he had put up his canceled residence permit in Russia for sale. This was reported by the Telegram-channel "Rise".

The lot will be sold using an NFT auction.

During his performance, the artist told the story of his detention and arrest for "inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity."

“I have decided that I am selling my residence permit in the Russian Federation as an NFT. Anyone can buy it. I will set the price for 10 ethers, which is more than $ 40,000, ”Mirzalizade said.

According to him, anyone who wants to take part in the auction can offer any amount they want.

“And I promise that the price of this NFT, a residence permit, will increase by the time I return to Russia,” concluded the stand-up.

This summer, the reason for initiating a case against Mirzalizade was his joke about Russian tenants. The Ministry of Internal Affairs decided that the comedian's stay in Russia was undesirable for life.

Later, Mirzalizadeh filed a lawsuit, challenging the decision of the department. In early October, the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow ordered the Ministry of Internal Affairs to establish a reasonable term instead of life.
