This option will become available on February 1, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting of the government council for the development of domestic cinematography. For everything - and next year the value of the "Pushkin Card" will increase from three to five thousand - you will not be able to take a walk. “We gave cardholders a choice: either to spend all five thousand rubles on theaters, museums, and so on, or up to two thousand rubles of this amount on cinema tickets. According to our estimates, with this approach, a young man can buy about seven tickets at cinema a year, "said Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova. This approach will increase the interest of young people in Russian cinema, but will not hit museums, theaters and concert halls.

It will take a month and a half for the cinemas to have time to prepare themselves technically: to sell tickets on the Pushkinskaya Card, they will have to place separate buttons on their websites and purchase specially dedicated "white" banking terminals, the Deputy Prime Minister explained.

But the reward for that hassle can be good. Additional revenues of the film industry next year will amount to about six billion rubles.
