Comedian and TV presenter Maxim Galkin on the YouTube show "I Know Myself" remembered how he and his colleague Mikhail Zadornov did not succeed in the trick with sawing the fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin.

This situation occurred in the fall of 2003 during a speech by Galkin at the Grand Kremlin Palace. According to the TV presenter's idea, he and Zadornov were supposed to show tricks: for this, Galkin trained for a long time with a specialist, but he did not succeed in showing such numbers.

As part of the performance, Yudashkin took the stage to become an impromptu "victim" of the sawing trick. However, the “inconveniences” began already at the stage of preparing the performance: at first, Galkin could not fix a special frame, and during the performance a saw got stuck in the props. Then Zadornov offered to take the table with Yudashkin backstage, however, even here the comedians faced a series of difficulties.

“The worst thing is that the table that we rolled out was without Yudashkin, and he calmly went through the scenery - there were complex decorations, but he did not go through with Yudashkin. In the end, we drove him away, and only after a while he was brought back to the hall, ”said Galkin.
