A lawsuit has been filed against 44-year-old actor Devin Ratrey, according to KFOR.

The materials of the lawsuit indicate that Ratrey strangled and beat his girlfriend and threatened her with murder. The documents have already been submitted to a court in Oklahoma City. Ratrey is accused of domestic violence, attempted strangulation, beatings.

The incident between the performer of the role of Buzz in the popular comedy "Home Alone" and his chosen one took place on December 8 after a fan event in Oklahoma City. The couple rested in a restaurant, and then in a bar, where two fans approached them. They asked for an autograph, and the girl took out two pre-signed cards. She revealed that after the 44-year-old actor was allegedly angry that she did not ask fans to pay for the autographs.

The beatings were inflicted later in a hotel room: according to the victim, the man pressed her to the bed, clamped her mouth and said, "This is how you die."

Ratrey's spokesman, when information about the conflict was leaked to the press, claimed it was a common breakup fight.
