Russia - The premiere of Tatyana Navka's ice show Swan Lake took place in Moscow

Russia (bbabo.net), - Many residents of our country cannot imagine New Year's holidays without ice shows. Fortunately, in recent years there is a choice - you can watch the performances of different artists and in any format. So, for example, if someone did not have time in reality, despite a large tour of the country, to watch Ilya Averbukh's show "Anna Karenina" - it is already recorded on the Okko multimedia platform. In Moscow in late December - early January, parents with children - and not only them - rush this year to the show of Tatiana Navka and Evgeny Plushenko. Some people choose to visit performances on ice on December 30 or 31 or January 1 - this has already become a tradition. The observer attended the premiere of Tatiana Navka's new show "Swan Lake" in the Ice Palace on the Khodynskoye field "Megasport".

The show is the fourth in a row. In previous years, Tatiana Navka presented such performances as "The Scarlet Flower", "Ruslan and Lyudmila" and "The Sleeping Beauty". The premiere this year was attended by eminent guests - Dmitry Peskov, Araz Agalarov, Philip Kirkorov, Stas Mikhailov, Elena Sever, Valeria and Joseph Prigozhin, Mikhail Turetsky, Ani Lorak, Jasmine, Alexander Panayotov and others. Many of them took part in the production in one capacity or another and now came to see what happened, and even brought their children and grandchildren. Thus, the premiere became like a family holiday, to which ordinary spectators also joined - especially since they were able to communicate with the participants of the show in person - after the performance in the hall of "Megasport" an autograph session took place.

How did the show turn out? Diverse. The audience saw the symbiosis of figure skating, classical choreography and high technology. The action took place not only on the ice, but also over it, including flights of artists in the clouds, magic tricks with the participation of acrobats. A lot of light and graphics, the skaters also surprised everyone as trapeze artists - they performed such tricks under the dome of the palace, supported by special lounges.

Those who are familiar with Swan Lake know that this is a rather tragic work, but the directors have transformed it - changed the ending, added humor. The show has its own clowns - they are also geese, which is why in one fairy tale the line of another is traced - the Russian folk "Geese-Swans". World champions in ice acrobatics, soloists of world ice shows Vladimir Besedin and Aleksey Polishchuk make the audience laugh as if the audience were in a circus. At the same time, the acrobatic figure skaters demonstrate high skill.

Thus, in the play, instead of the classic libretto, there is an updated script with new characters and unexpected plot twists. And Tchaikovsky's immortal compositions are complemented by modern arrangements and vocal parts performed by Russian pop stars. To be honest, this is the most unexpected change in the show - musical rows of different performances and levels lead to the viewer feeling like on a roller coaster - just plunging into one world, he is immediately "transferred" to another. However, such a mixture of musical genres is typical for ice shows in general and not only in our country - therefore, no serious penalties - these are the laws of the genre.

Moreover, Tatiana Navka herself, for whom the staging of Swan Lake was an old dream, speaks of it like this: “Since today there are many versions of Swan Lake - from classical to avant-garde, I have a huge responsibility on my shoulders - to show something completely new, something that no one has ever done. We managed to create a performance that, in its scale, bold visual and scenographic solutions, to a large extent surpasses everything that has been created before. "Swan Lake" is a show that has no age restrictions, a story that will melt the hearts of both adults and children ... "In the ice show, the famous figure skater, Olympic champion Navka is the general producer, author of the idea and performer of the main female role - Odette. Also involved in the ballet on ice are the five-time US champion and two-time winner of the Four Continents Championship in ice dancing Peter Chernyshev, multiple champions of Lithuania, prize-winners of European and world championships Margarita Drobyazko and Povilas Vanagas, multiple champion of Serbia Elena Jovanovic and world champion among juniors, Universiade champion Nodar Maisuradze and many other stars of figure skating. The youngest figure skater in the show is Nadezhda Peskova. Together with other children, she, in particular, performs a composition to the Dance of the Little Swans, written by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
