Legkostupovoy's widower announced the rejection of the singer's inheritance

The widower of the famous Russian singer Valentina Legkostupova Yuri Firsov recorded a video message in which he said that on December 30, his deceased wife would have turned 56 years old. He also announced his decision to give up his share of the inheritance in favor of the children and the mother of the artist. The video was posted on Instagram.

“I want to pass on a share of the inheritance to her children Matvey, Anette and mother Vali Galina Ivanovna,” the widower specified.

“I think my wife Valentina Legkostupova would be very pleased,” concluded Firsov.

Subscribers reacted favorably to the announcement of such a decision. Some also wrote that they were surprised, as they were sure that Firsov intends to sue to the last in order to get the maximum share of the artist's inheritance.

The performer of the hit Yagoda-Raspberry, Valentina Legkostupova, died as a result of a head injury on August 14, 2020 at the age of 55. In the hospital where she was taken with an injury, she never regained consciousness.

Her husband said that the artist slipped in the bathroom. But a family friend, singer Alexei Glyzin, announced the possible involvement of Firsov in the death of Valentina Legkostupova. The family's lawyer also pointed out that, according to him, the singer was hit on the head.

The daughter of Easystupova added that her mother's husband often tried to persuade her to drink alcohol, which she tried not to use.

Later, the widower claimed the rights to all property, money and intellectual property of Easy Access. He also announced that he decided to pursue a solo career and perform her songs.
