Russia - Natalya Sergunina: New online service of the Moscow government will help entrepreneurs register a business

Russia (bbabo.net), - A new service for start-up entrepreneurs has appeared on the Small Business of Moscow (MBM) portal - "Remote business registration on a turnkey basis.

With its help, you can register a company or individual entrepreneur for free, as well as open a bank account. To use it, you need to create a personal account at mbm.mos.ru. For the convenience of users, detailed instructions for starting a business are published on the project page.

As Moscow Deputy Mayor Natalya Sergunina said: "The new service assumes an integrated approach: from assistance in choosing the organizational and legal form and tax regime to convenient business registration and opening a current account. At the same time, a novice entrepreneur will not need to pay state fees or spend money on intermediary services."

At the first stage, the user will choose the organizational and legal form of the business and determine the tax regime. The service "Selection of taxation regime", integrated into the project, will help to select it. He will offer to answer several clarifying questions, analyze the answers and give the most economically justified recommendation. And if additional help is needed, a future entrepreneur can turn to a MBM specialist for free advice.

At the second stage, the user examines the proposals of the partner banks of the project, and then submits an application for free business registration and opening a current account. After that, the bank will take over the paperwork and all interaction with the tax office.

At the third step, the user receives a confirmation of the registration of an individual entrepreneur or LLC with the Federal Tax Service of Russia to his e-mail.

At the fourth stage, the bank opens a current account for doing business. It also provides bonuses, such as assistance in launching sales on marketplaces, the ability to post vacancies on specialized sites for free, online bookkeeping, and much more.

Taking into account the needs of the business community, the Small Business of Moscow State Budgetary Institution is constantly introducing new digital tools for business that meet modern trends in the development of entrepreneurship. Earlier in 2021, four new special projects were launched, which offer useful solutions to help those who decided to open and develop their own business in the capital. Among them are projects for the self-employed, social enterprises, creative industries and those who start a franchise business.
