She recalled that at the end of 2021, a list of life events was approved to proactively inform citizens about the measures of social protection (support) they are entitled to. At the same time, the citizen must give his consent to informing him about life events through the public services portal. So, now the Russians are already receiving notifications at the birth of a child, the establishment of disability and the achievement of retirement age.
In the near future, Russians will also begin to be notified when they receive the status of a large family, the status of a person exposed to radiation, and when they are awarded the title of veteran. Information will also be organized in connection with such life circumstances as the creation of a young family, the loss of a breadwinner and the establishment of guardianship.
In order to receive proactive notifications about social support measures, you must fill out the consent in your personal account on the public services portal in the "Documents" section and in the "Benefits and payments" category. As Olga Batalina emphasized, this is a very convenient option. A person immediately sees all the benefits, payments that he can count on, as well as information on how to get them.
