If SNILS is specified when concluding an OSAGO agreement, the Pension Fund of Russia will automatically pay compensation due to the configured interaction between the Russian Union of Auto Insurers and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

The right of persons with disabilities to receive compensation in the amount of 50% of the premium for compulsory "autocitizenship" is provided for by the law on OSAGO. Previously, it was carried out on a declarative basis: the disabled person had to apply for such compensation to the Pension Fund.

Compensation can be received by disabled people, disabled children or their legal representatives who have a car for medical reasons. The benefit is provided for one car if it is used by a disabled person and no more than two drivers specified in the OSAGO agreement.
