Private Internet platforms will help companies to find the best offers for advertised tenders. In return they will charge all participants of public procurement. The income of such services may exceed 1 billion USD in 2015.
The pilot of a new e-procurement system called Prozorro started in February 2015. The customer and the system owner is Transparency International Ukraine.
“After completion of the pilot project, we will sum up the results and then donate the database to officials for tuning and regulation. This experiment will provide the state with quality information,” – reported Transparency International Ukraine.
