The Ministry of Labor reminded that when an employee is transferred to remote work while maintaining their usual duties, earnings cannot be reduced.
One in five employees surveyed by the hh.ru portal said that in their companies, part of the staff was sent to work from home back in January, when the omicron wave had just begun to spread.
