For gardeners, the fine for violating fire safety requirements is 2-3 thousand rubles, and SNT will pay 150-200 thousand rubles.
Imamov also reminded that summer residents are allowed to fry kebabs only in a brazier or barbecue. And the fire at the same time should be no closer than five meters from the house. Plus, even with snow, there is a fine for garbage on the site. This is 1-2 thousand rubles. And also in winter, a fine for breaking the silence is relevant.
"The silence standards - the time and days when you can make noise - are known, and their violation is punishable by a fine of 1-3 thousand for the first complaint of neighbors and 4 thousand for the second and further if they arrive within one year," the lawyer explained.
At the end of last year, the government prepared a number of amendments to the legislation on horticulture. They must improve regulation in this area and resolve certain issues that are of particular concern to summer residents. First of all, this concerns the amount of contributions that members of gardening associations make to pay for common expenses. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin then explained that they should be set fairly - so that people understand where this or that amount comes from. Gardeners will still decide for themselves what to take into account in the calculations.
