Thus, Sber was recognized as the best employer among the largest companies in the country. The first place in the rating was secured by a total score of 126.4, which turned out to be the highest among all participants in this category.
The "Best Employer" rating, according to HeadHunter, is considered the largest in Russia in terms of the number of applicant companies and the volume of research. In 2021, about 1900 companies applied to participate in it, 783 of them reached the final.
Analysts evaluated them according to three parameters: the development of HR processes, a survey of applicants, and the level of eNPS. The winner of the rating has achieved the highest performance in all these criteria. For example, the survey showed that the majority of Sber employees are ready to recommend it to their friends and acquaintances as an attractive place to work. In general, about 70 thousand applicants voted for the best employers in the country, and 249 thousand employees completed the eNPS survey on the HeadHunter platform.
The companies that are part of the Sber ecosystem also distinguished themselves. Thus, 2GIS and Okko took first place in the category of large and medium-sized companies, while Rambler and SberMarketing entered the top 10. By the way, more than 100 million retail and 3 million corporate clients use the services of this ecosystem today.
According to open data, the revenue of non-financial businesses of the ecosystem increased 3 times last year, and the number of technological implementations and changes became a record in the IT companies market and exceeded 1 million. In addition, Sberbank’s profit in 2021 exceeded 1.2 trillion rubles, which made it one of the most successful Russian companies.

Last year, Sber made a number of important changes in order not only to maintain, but also to strengthen its team. By the way, almost 300 thousand people work in it. For example, a share-based reward program for key executives was launched, employees were offered an unprecedented benefit of a 4 percentage point reduction in mortgage rates and the opportunity to "work from another region." A sabbatical (long vacation -) was also introduced to implement personal plans and psychological reboot.
According to the company, in 2021, about 23,000 of its employees underwent retraining, acquired new skills, increased their value and began working in a different, more in-demand specialty. In parallel, during the implementation of joint programs with universities, 60 thousand students received relevant professions.
