Russia - In which cities the rent of one-room apartments has risen in price

Russia (bbabo.net), - The most popular apartments - "odnushki" - have risen in price in 54 cities, two-room - in 44, three-room - in 50. Such conclusions were made by specialists of the federal portal "World of Apartments", after analyzing how the rates have changed rent of apartments for January and the first half of February of this year in 70 large settlements of Russia.

In which cities and regions was the most noticeable increase in rental rates for real estate? Experts name Vladimir, where "odnushki" rent is 10.1% more expensive than at the beginning of the year, "kopeck piece" - by 16.7%, "three rubles" - by 14.1%.

The Top 5 most expensive, according to the World of Apartments portal, also includes the Leningrad Region (+8%, +11.9% and +11.9%), Yakutsk (+10.8%, +12.2% and +7.9%), Novosibirsk (+7.3%, +8.2% and +12.5%) and Murmansk (+4.6%, +8% and +14.8%).

In Moscow, the dynamics is still small: -1%, +1.1% and +4.4%, in the Moscow region - more impressive: +6.9%, +6.9% and +6.4%.

In the resort and tourist cities, the rent has cooled down a little after the New Year holidays. So, in St. Petersburg, the price of "kopeck pieces" (-6.4%) and "three rubles" (-4.8%) decreased in price, in Sevastopol "odnushki" (-1.5%) and "kopeck piece" (-1 .3%), and in Sochi "kopeck piece" (-7.4%). "Apartments rented out during the holidays by the day have returned to the long-term rental market. Thus, the supply has increased, and prices have gone down to the level of the low season," says Pavel Lutsenko, director general of the World of Apartments federal portal.

Rent of all types of apartments is gradually becoming more expensive, experts state. And this trend is typical for most Russian cities. For 1.5 months since the beginning of the year, one-room apartments in Russia have risen in price by 3.8%, two-room apartments - by 1.7%, three-room apartments - by 2.3%.

"According to our forecasts, the rates will continue to rise during this year," says Pavel Lutsenko.
