Experts named the cities where one-room apartments fell in price in 2022

In January of this year, the average cost of a one-room apartment in the secondary market in 50 major Russian cities increased by 1.47% to 3.07 million rubles. RBC writes about this with reference to a review of analysts from the SRG consulting group.

At the same time, it is reported that prices have decreased in seven cities of the country, most of all in Sochi and Sevastopol.

In Sochi, a decrease of 2.82% was recorded, to 6.98 million rubles. In Sevastopol, one-room apartments on average fell in price by 2.24%, to 5.69 million rubles.

Also, the number of cities where one-room apartments fell in price in January included: Nizhny Novgorod (-1.56%, to 3.62 million), Makhachkala (-1.25%, to 2.27 million rubles), Irkutsk (- 0.31%, to RUB 3.15 million), Izhevsk (-0.11%, to RUB 2.24 million) and Chelyabinsk (-0.02%, to RUB 1.79 million).

The minimum growth - by 0.4% - was recorded in Moscow. The average cost of a one-room apartment in the capital is 10.53 million rubles.

Earlier, Rosreestr named the regions where sales of new buildings fell the most. Despite the fact that in 2021 the growth in the number of apartments sold in new buildings exceeded 17%, they fell in a third of the regions. Thus, the largest drop occurred in Chechnya, where in 2021, 35.8% fewer contracts were concluded than in the same period in 2020.
