Russia (bbabo.net), - In 2022, the government will allocate an additional 70.3 billion rubles to support developers working under government contracts. This will reduce the risk of disrupting the implementation of important projects against the backdrop of rising prices for building materials, the press service of the department reports. Another 56 billion rubles will be allocated over the next two years. The government has approved a decree on this.

The funds compensate for the increase in the price of government contracts concluded before January 1, 2022. The key condition for state support is that the price of contracts should not increase by more than 30%. For projects whose cost exceeds 100 million rubles, a second state examination will be required. This will help to verify the reliability of the declared size of the estimate.

Construction companies - recipients of funds will have to submit data confirmed by state expertise on the increase in the cost of work due to the rise in the cost of building materials.

The adopted decision will provide funding for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of medical, cultural and educational institutions, as well as roads.
