SME Corporation has compiled a calendar for entrepreneurs for March this year

The SME Corporation, together with the Ministry of Economic Development, has compiled a monthly entrepreneurial calendar for March, which reminds the date by which small and medium-sized businesses need to submit reports, make contributions and pay taxes, the press service of the corporation reports. The SME Corporation noted that one of the main tasks of business in March is to report for the previous year and submit tax returns, according to which the Tax Service decides to include the company in the unified register of small and medium-sized businesses. If you do not submit a tax return for the year, the company will be excluded from the register and will lose the right to many support measures.

“It is very important for small and medium-sized businesses to submit their annual tax return on time, because without it the company will be excluded from the register of SMEs,” said Alexander Isaevich, General Director of the SME Corporation.

He stressed that inclusion in the roster provides an opportunity to receive many types of support.

In addition, the calendar notes that before March 1, it is necessary to pay land and transport taxes, as well as corporate property tax for 2021, the payment deadline for which is now the same in all regions.

Also, before March 1, organizations and individual entrepreneurs with employees or attracting contractors under civil contracts must submit reports on them: to the tax office - the calculation of 6-NDFL for 2021, and to the pension fund department - the SZV-STAZH report for 2021. It is also necessary to provide the SZV-M report on all insured persons to the Pension Fund. If there were personnel changes in February, then the SZV-TD report must also be submitted within the same period

In addition, until February 15, organizations and individual entrepreneurs with employees must pay insurance premiums for employees: for pension, medical and social insurance - to the tax office, for accident insurance at work - to the Social Insurance Fund.

Organizations and individual entrepreneurs with a revenue of up to 2 million rubles for the previous three months, or using the Unified Agricultural Tax with an income of up to 70 million rubles for the past year, must submit notices of VAT exemption by March 21.

Until the same date, importers of goods from the EAEU countries must pay indirect taxes - VAT and excises - for February and submit declarations on them.

In addition, until March 25, self-employed and individual entrepreneurs on Nbbabo.net pay tax on professional income for February. Organizations and individual entrepreneurs under the general taxation regime are required to pay VAT.
