Kommersant: Prokhorov's Onexim Group plans to sell Renaissance Bank

Onexim Group, whose beneficiary is billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, plans to sell Renaissance Credit Bank. This was reported by Kommersant, citing sources.

It is noted that negotiations are currently underway with Sovcombank.

According to the publication, the insurance company (SK) Soglasie (also owned by Prokhorov) may be sold together with the bank. According to one of the sources, the final configuration of the deal has not yet been determined.

It is assumed that the price of "Credit Renaissance" together with "Consent" will be higher than 0.8-0.9 of the total capital of the bank and the IC. According to the results of nine months of 2021, the bank's capital is 36.7 billion rubles, it follows from its statements under RAS.

The sole shareholder of Renaissance Credit Bank is Treasury-finaninvest, which until December 2019 was controlled by RCF Europe B.V. Now 99.99% of KF belongs to Doosti Enterprises Ltd (controlled by Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim Holdings Ltd), 0.01% belongs to Renaissance Capital - Financial Consultant.

Earlier it was reported that Lenta buys Utkonos food delivery service. The underlying transaction amount is expected to be RUB 20 billion.
