Russia - Applicants told how they relate to the test tasks of employers

Russia (bbabo.net), - The majority of Russians are ready for a test task in employment, according to a study by the portal "Work in Russia". Almost 80% of those surveyed supported employers who offer applicants to pass the test.

Half of them indicated that they are applying for such vacancies, as pre-testing does not bother them. The same number - they said that they were ready to pass it if they were very interested in the vacancy. The fact that they will never apply for a vacancy with testing was stated by 6% of applicants.

At the same time, more than half of the respondents emphasized that they are ready to complete a test task only when it is a test task, and not an attempt to get a full-fledged job without payment. One in four will take it up if the volume of the task is small. At the same time, almost 70% agree to devote no more than an hour to it, almost 20% - up to three hours, and 10% are ready to devote the whole day to the test.

Earlier, the Russian Trilateral Commission approved a bill, according to which Employment Centers will help Russians look for work in another region and help job seekers and their families in moving to a permanent place of residence in another area. At the same time, the regions will be given the right to approve a list of professions for which workers will not be able to be involved in other areas, if such specialists are in demand on their territory.

Employment throughout the country through the Employment Centers became possible due to the fact that they began to work on a single digital platform "Work in Russia".
