To carry out the restoration work, a restriction was introduced on heating and hot water supply to about a thousand houses. The power engineers managed to connect the equipment on a temporary basis. On December 27, normal heat supply was restored in all residential buildings and social institutions, and the next day hot water appeared in the houses.
