Russia (bbabo.net) - Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law simplifying the transfer of information about the death of debtors to the bailiff service. Now the information will come in automatic mode - in the broadcast format.

As RIA Novosti explains, according to the previous rules, information on the state registration of death was provided to the Federal Bailiff Service upon request. In other words, the bailiff himself had to somehow find out that the debtor was no longer alive, and send a request to obtain official confirmation.

The reporting mechanism is now being simplified. The likelihood of initiating enforcement proceedings against already deceased citizens decreases (if not excluded altogether).
