Russia (bbabo.net), - Developers can now submit a number of documents for approval through the portal of public services. Since January of this year, one of the provisions of the order of the Ministry of Construction, issued back in 2020, entered into force. The order approved the procedure for the development and approval of special technical conditions (STU) for the development of design documentation for a capital construction facility.

The development of STU is carried out according to the terms of reference of the developer, technical customer, a person responsible for the operation of a building or structure by a design or research organization. The terms of reference should provide justification for the need to develop STU.

The prepared STUs must be approved by the Ministry of Construction or the Rosatom corporation. Documents must be submitted in electronic form. From January 2022, this can be done, including through the portal of public services. If the documents are sent in violation of the requirements, the Ministry of Construction or Rosatom sends the applicant a notification to the e-mail address or to his personal account on the public services portal.

The agreed STUs or a refusal to agree with the reasons for the refusal and recommendations to the developer are sent to the address indicated in the application or, again, to the personal account on the public services portal.
