This increased payment is guaranteed for the first six months, provided that the previously unemployed orphaned child did not work anywhere. Six months later, the right to it is lost and unemployment benefits are accrued in the minimum amount, which in 2022 is 1.5 thousand rubles. The increased payment also ends after the young person turns 23.

When appointing it, it is not taken into account if the teenager worked part-time on vacation before his majority. But orphans who previously took part in public works will not be recognized as employable for the first time and have not previously worked.

By the way, registering with an employment center in order to find a job, apply for unemployment benefits and receive most employment assistance services remotely already in 65 regions. To do this, you need to send an application and a resume through the portal of state services or your personal account on the portal "Work in Russia". All other information about the unemployed person will be collected without his participation. That is, for example, he does not need to provide the employment services with a work book, educational documents, certificates of disability, a certificate of income 2-NDFL.

The fact is that employment centers are gradually starting to operate on the basis of a single digital platform "Work in Russia". They will receive all the necessary data through it from other departments. This will also allow them to exchange data with each other, plan the attraction of labor resources, analyze the situation on the labor market, and offer job seekers across the country.

By the end of 2022, all regions will switch to the provision of services in a new format.
