In Honduras, a passenger damaged an airliner that was supposed to fly to Miami (USA). The incident took place at the airport of the city of San Pedro Sula.
During the landing, the man entered the cockpit and broke the control system, reports ABCNews TV channel.
According to eyewitnesses, one of the pilots tried to stop the vandal, but he tried to jump out of the open window.
A video was published on social networks in which a man leaned out of the window and shouted something, as well as a photo in which one of the liner control levers was broken.
The flight from San Pedro Sula to Miami is delayed. The replacement of the aircraft was required. A reserve flight has been sent to Honduras, American Airlines said.
