Slovenian and Turkish companies want to boost cooperation, with opportunities opening up in tourism, telecommunications, food and chemical industry, and many other fields, heard a business forum held on Monday as part of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Slovenia.

Erdogan's host, President Borut Pahor, told the business representatives Slovenia had exited the recession, adding that "our Turkish friends are visiting a country that will make an economic and social recovery in a reasonably short time."
