White House press secretary Jen Psaki said during a regular briefing that the United States has nothing to report at this time on the possibility of holding a summit with Russia and Ukraine.

“I have nothing to report in the context of the next steps in negotiations or contacts,” she said. Earlier, Psaki also refused to announce the date of a possible meeting between the heads of the United States and Russia.

Psaki also said that the United States has evidence that Russia is preparing "provocations" in Ukraine.

The day before, Andriy Yermak, head of the office of the Ukrainian president, said that Volodymyr Zelensky had offered his American counterpart Joe Biden to organize trilateral talks via videoconference with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
