Moldova (bbabo.net), - Today and tomorrow, lawyers are holding a Japanese strike in protest against the amendments promoted by the PDS to the law on the bar. This decision was made by the Council of the Union of Lawyers. Lawyers demand to withdraw the amendments, the author of which is the PAS deputy Olesya Stamate, and in case of non-compliance, they will go on strike from January 20 to 24, stopping work.

Let us clarify that the majority of PDS proposes to exclude part 2 of Art. 52 of the Law on the Bar, which provides that a lawyer cannot be arrested without the prior consent of the Council of the Union of Lawyers.
