Polyansky: Moldova may find itself in a double state of emergency

Moldova (bbabo.net), - "This is a fiasco. The society froze in anticipation of trouble." This is how Mikhail Polyansky, a representative of the Civil Congress, commented on the situation on his Facebook page. Moldovan banks refused to provide a loan to JSC Moldovagaz. The company, which is due to pay Gazprom an advance for January gas in two days, is asking for a delay in payment. This was stated by the chairman of the board of directors of JSC "Moldovagaz" Vadim Cheban.

"Moldovagaz" cannot get a loan from banks to pay off cash debt in order to pay off "Gazprom". I understand correctly? At the same time, the word of honor and the guarantees of our lovely authorities mean nothing to the banks. And this despite the predatory percentage.

It turns out that the matter is not only in the lack of competence of the country's top leadership, but also in the loss of legitimacy,” writes Polyansky.

In the meantime, according to him, society froze in anticipation of trouble: “Now it is completely unclear how long it will be warm in the houses and whether we will find ourselves in a double state of emergency. Both for gas and for the pandemic. So tens of thousands of our citizens, apparently, will have to treat pneumonia in cold houses and in unheated hospitals. This is a fiasco."
