Russia (bbabo.net), - In the Novosibirsk region, where the national project "Labor Productivity" started at the end of 2019, 51 enterprises have already joined it against the target of 41.

Thirty companies completed a six-month work with experts from the Federal and Regional Competence Centers in the field of labor productivity, which means they were able to increase output, reduce costs, reduce process time and the volume of work in progress. Now they continue to implement improvements on their own.

Most of the companies that have completed the active stage of the implementation of the national project, which lasts six months (another 2.5 years the enterprises operate independently), belong to the manufacturing industry. Among them are the developer and manufacturer of telecommunications equipment "Fiber Trade", one of the largest Russian manufacturers of high-quality moldings and PVC semi-finished products "Varmeks", the manufacturer of plastic windows "Continent of Windows", an enterprise specializing in the production of non-woven materials "S2 Group ". In addition, light industry enterprises, in particular, Zdravmedtech-Novosibirsk, military-industrial complex - NMZ Iskra, Novosibirsk Cartridge Plant and Screen-Optical Systems, as well as companies in the construction industry, agro-industrial complex and Food Industry.

"The number of enterprises involved in the national project with a target of 41 at the end of 2021 actually amounted to 51. Currently, 30 projects have been implemented in the Novosibirsk Region to increase labor productivity. Of these, twelve are managed by experts from the Federal Competence Center in the field of labor productivity, seven projects managed by the Regional Competence Center and eleven with the participation of involved experts, that is, these are the so-called independent enterprises," said Kamilla Volosskaya, director of the Regional Competence Center in the field of labor productivity of the Novosibirsk Region.

In the first quarter of 2022, the project will start at seven more enterprises in the region.
