Konstantinov also noted that NATO is advancing its contingents to the Russian borders and “pumping up Ukraine with weapons,” so the situation requires increased vigilance.

Earlier, the Ukrainian military held exercises in the Kherson region near the border with Crimea to protect the sea coast to counter the offensive operation. The maneuvers were attended by combat crews of BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket systems, which completed the tasks of “suppressing and destroying” fire weapons, armored vehicles and manpower of a mock enemy.
