The Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk warned the top-managers of the polygraph combine “Ukraina” and the State migration service of personal responsibility for the situation with biometric passports needed for visa-free travelling.
About 150,000 verified and prepared passports are awaiting personalization; more than 100,000 thousand of them are those, which issue terms have been already expired.

The State migration service reports that delay stems from insufficient production efficiency of the polygraph combine “Ukraina”.
