“Once again, we remind you that Russia is not a party to the conflict. Therefore, the main task is to force the Ukrainian authorities to fulfill their obligations. We are waiting for concrete actions from Washington in working with Kiev," the message says.

Earlier, State Department spokesman Ned Price said that the United States is in favor of the full implementation of the Minsk agreements and sees them as a way to defuse the Ukrainian conflict, but considers Russia guilty of violating the agreements.

Prior to this, the Secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov called the Minsk agreements impracticable and said that their implementation would lead to the destruction of Ukraine.
