Russia (bbabo.net), - The Office of Rospotrebnadzor for the Krasnoyarsk Territory in its Telegram channel announced a court case won in favor of a client who, when purchasing a car, faced the dealer's greed.

In his appeal, the consumer noted that when purchasing a vehicle, additional services were imposed on him: legal support, roadside assistance, evacuation. These services should be provided by a certain company LLC "Sever", to which the client of the car dealership sent a statement of unilateral refusal, wishing to return the money paid.

Rospotrebnadzor carried out an inspection in relation to Ultra LLC, a company acting as a seller in the case. Based on its results, an order was issued to eliminate the identified violations, that is, it was ordered to exclude from the text of the contract conditions that infringe on the rights of the consumer. LLC "Ultra" was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Art. 14.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (for the inclusion in the contract of conditions that infringe on the rights of the consumer and the imposition of additional services) in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 10,000 rubles.

The Sever LLC company was not left out of work: Rospotrebnadzor directly filed a lawsuit against it to recover the amount of money paid for additional services, compensation for moral damage and a fine for non-satisfaction of consumer requirements on a voluntary basis. And the court granted the stated requirements. Thus, according to the decision, in favor of the consumer from Sever LLC, which imposed the services, the paid amount of money was collected - 251,400 rubles, compensation for moral damage - 10,000 rubles, a fine - 130,700 rubles.
