Philippines lifts quarantine for fully vaccinated tourists against COVID-19

From February 10, the Philippines will lift quarantine for fully vaccinated foreigners who do not require a visa to enter the country.

According to RIA Novosti, although the mandatory quarantine is canceled, foreigners arriving in the Philippines must monitor the symptoms for seven days from the date of arrival. Also, tourists must present the results of a PCR test for COVID-19, made within 48 hours before leaving their country.

Those travelers who are not vaccinated against coronavirus or who are not fully vaccinated must present test results and quarantine at a designated location until they return negative.

Australia's borders, which have been closed for nearly two years due to the coronavirus pandemic, will reopen on February 21. Tourists vaccinated against COVID-19 will be able to enter.
