Russia (bbabo.net), - In 2021, Kalinin NPP allocated 269.56 million rubles for the implementation of corporate social programs. On average, each employee accounted for about 81.7 thousand rubles.

"Among the main corporate social programs are the improvement of living conditions, the improvement of the health of employees and their families, voluntary medical insurance, sports and culture, assistance in certain life situations. The implementation of all these programs made it possible to ensure a high level of social protection for personnel," the Deputy Director of the Kalinin NPP for Human Resources Oleg Lebedev. He added that over the past three years, the social package for nuclear power plant workers has grown by 12.3%.

The most voluminous and demanded item of the social package is the housing program. In particular, last year 42 families purchased housing. 38 employees received assistance in the form of a loan for a down payment when applying for a home improvement loan, 341 employees took advantage of compensation for part of the mortgage interest rate. Another 194 people received reimbursement for rental housing costs.

Kalinin NPP creates the most comfortable conditions for employees' recreation. In 2021, nuclear scientists and members of their families used 1,253 vouchers for sanatorium treatment and children's summer holidays. For the first time, two joint projects with the Trade Union Organization were implemented to organize recreation on the basis of suburban sanatoriums in the Tver and Moscow regions - "Family Day Off" and "New Year's Vacation". They covered 228 families.

To preserve the health of the team, the enterprise also has a system of voluntary medical insurance, collective accident insurance and non-state pension provision. Thus, last year 3,377 employees were insured, 437 people became participants in the pension program. Part of the social payments was made in the form of material assistance to employees in certain life situations.
