Russia - State Duma deputy ridiculed Walesa's statement about the attack on the Russian Federation

Russia (bbabo.net), - Calls to attack Moscow are the consequences of the post-COVID syndrome. This is how a member of the State Duma Committee on Security and Anti-Corruption Adalbi Shkhagoshev commented on the statement of former Polish President Lech Walesa.

Earlier, he spoke in an interview with the media about Russia's allegedly impending "invasion" of Ukraine, saying that Western countries need to "show toughness" and strike back at Moscow.

"These words about the attack on Moscow, I believe that these are the consequences of the post-COVID syndrome," Shkhagoshev ironically reacted, quoted by RIA Novosti, "there is no other way, that's the only way to talk about it."

The former Polish president, who turned 78 in September, announced on January 21 that he had contracted the coronavirus despite having been vaccinated against COVID-19 three times.

It should be noted that Moscow has officially denied accusations of preparing an attack on Ukraine more than once, saying that it is not going to attack anyone, while statements about Russian aggression are used as an excuse to place more NATO military equipment near Russian borders.

Earlier it was reported that the government of Poland adopted a resolution on the donation of military equipment to the armed forces of Ukraine.
