Military exercises, in which the military personnel of the NATO countries Steadfast Cobalt will take part, will be held in the Czech Republic. This is reported by the Bratislava TV channel TA3.

In addition, information was confirmed about the Trojan Footprint exercises in Slovakia with the participation of the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance.

“The previously planned exercises with the participation of NATO military personnel Steadfast Cobalt 2022 instead of Poland will be held in the Czech Republic in February-March of this year,” the publication reports.

The exercise, called Trojan Footprint, will expand the territory to Hungary.

On February 9, the Slovak government approved the presence of foreign soldiers on the territory of the republic. The military will be able to be part of the planned exercises.

The exercises for the Armed Forces of Slovakia will give an advantage in the form of strengthening international cooperation, the country's Ministry of Defense concluded.

Earlier it was reported that Romania and the United States began joint exercises with military fighter jets.
