In February, homeowners in the Trans-Urals will receive receipts with an increased tariff - 9.45 rubles per square meter: it has grown significantly - by 2.48 rubles. For example, owners of two-room apartments with an area of ​​50 square meters will pay 124 rubles more. According to Elena Fedyanina, Acting Director of the Regional Department for State Regulation of Prices and Tariffs, the minimum contribution is calculated taking into account the total financial need and the area of ​​apartment buildings included in the Capital Repair Fund's regional program. It has not changed and has not been indexed since 2014, although prices for services and building materials have grown significantly during this time. In addition, a number of changes were made to the program, in particular, the list of works was expanded. There were such types as technical examination of elevators, verification of the reliability of the estimated cost, and others. The use of modern innovative technologies also affects the price of overhaul.

“If earlier flat roofs were repaired with built-up materials, now PVC membranes are used,” said Alexander Medvedev, head of the housing and communal services department of the construction, state expertise and housing and communal services department of the Kurgan region. - For the repair of facades, cement-sand mortars were used before, now - dry mixes with a high degree of adhesion.

In 2021, the Capital Repair Fund renovated 173 apartment buildings, 126 of them had their roofs renewed (this is the most demanded type of work, it occupies 73 percent of the total). The regional government is helping with the repair of facades: in 2020-2021, 76 million rubles of subsidies were allocated for these purposes, 30 facades of houses located on the main streets in Kurgan were repaired, including eight cultural heritage sites.

In addition, 52 million rubles of subsidies were transferred from the regional treasury to the fund for the replacement of elevators. In total, 51 lifts in 18 houses have been updated for a total of 92.8 million rubles. Elevators, according to experts, of course, "weight" the program, but they cannot be repaired without their repair: we are talking about people's safety. During the program, 261 elevators out of 615 have already been repaired and put into operation. More than 400 million rubles have been spent on this. Over the remaining three years, another 211 must be replaced. Director General of the Fund Olga Petrova, the program for the accelerated replacement of elevators is associated with the adoption of the technical regulations of the Customs Union in 2011, according to which elevators that have worked out the standard period of 25 years must be replaced before February 2025. This year it is planned to purchase and install 70 new lifting devices in 18 apartment buildings in Kurgan and Shadrinsk. This will require 152.89 million rubles.
