Russia (bbabo.net), - President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky promised to submit a bill that would introduce a special status for Donbass. This was announced by Chancellor F Olaf Scholz.

"In our talks, the President of Ukraine assured me again that the bills on special status, on constitutional reform, on suffrage will be submitted for discussion in the Minsk format," the chancellor said, quoted by RIA Novosti.

Earlier, the DPR and LPR authorities reported that Kiev continues to build up its military presence in eastern Ukraine, which indicates preparations for an attack on the people's republics. At the same time, the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, said that since 2014, more than five thousand people, including more than 90 children, have died in the Donbass.
