Noting the statement of the head of the White House that freedom has a price for the States, she stressed that for Russians, freedom is simply priceless.

“I have never seen the United States pay at least something to protect freedom. Even the bills have never been paid,” Zakharova wrote in her Telegram channel.

Responding to Biden's theses on protecting democracy and freedoms, she cited Russia as an example.

"I saw how Russia protected democracy in Crimea by recognizing its true manifestation - the referendum," she recalled the events of the Crimean Spring. "Yes, for the United States, freedom has a price. But for us, freedom is priceless."
