Peskov invited Ukrainians to verify the falsity of such statements. According to him, the inhabitants of Ukraine "it is better to set alarm clocks for this time and see for yourself," RIA Novosti quoted the press secretary as saying.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the stuffing by the British media of various dates and times about the alleged Russian invasion of Ukraine comes at the suggestion of the British authorities. According to her, the British officialdom cannot afford to simply say goodbye to the version that they fed to their media disinformation.
