Russia (bbabo.net), - Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Samara Region Dmitry Bogdanov signed agreements with two companies ready to implement their projects in the Chapaevsk priority development area (TOSED).
One of the new investors intends to create in the production of wooden euro pallets intended for warehousing and transportation of goods. The investor intends to invest 149.6 million rubles in the creation of a new production facility. The future enterprise will create 39 jobs.
Another new resident will create a production and warehouse complex in Chapaevsk for the storage and transportation of new grains and legumes: barley, corn, oats, soybeans, peas and sunflowers. According to the investor's plans, a whole range of operations will take place at the future site: acceptance, disinfection, drying, grain processing, as well as storage, shipment and transportation. For production, new technological equipment and machinery were purchased from official suppliers. The investor will invest 280 million rubles in the creation of the complex. It is planned to create 64 jobs at the future site.
- The regime of the territory of advanced socio-economic development operates in two cities of the Samara region - Togliatti and Chapaevsk - and allows investors to implement their projects on favorable terms, - said Dmitry Bogdanov. - We provide each resident with ready-made investment sites, tax benefits, including the zeroing of property and land taxes, as well as additional business support measures. For each investment project that has received the status of a TASED resident, simplified administrative procedures apply. For citizens, the arrival of new investors is, first of all, the creation of new jobs. Secondly, these are taxes that are directed to address the socio-economic issues of the city and the region.
In the status of a resident of TASED "Chapaevsk", the investor, for his part, must comply with certain conditions: during the first year, invest at least 2.5 million rubles in the project and create at least 10 jobs.
Taking into account the new agreements, the number of residents of the TASED "Chapaevsk" has increased to 19. The companies plan to invest 11.3 billion rubles in the development of the city and create 4,500 jobs.
A special organization created by the regional government interacts with investors in the "single window" mode. The Investment Promotion Agency of the Samara Region accompanies all projects from the idea stage to providing assistance after the start of production.
