As Zakharova stressed, Russia has never shied away from clarifying the essence of measures to strengthen the joint defense of the Union State. "We have nothing to hide. We act openly, we act transparently, we are ready to answer questions," the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
She recalled that the maneuvers in Belarus were announced in advance. And a month ago, the Russian Foreign Ministry warned journalists and the general public that "Western propaganda will work hard on the 'setting' about Russia's attack on Ukraine from the territory of Belarus." And so it happened. Moreover, the West has set up an information curtain to continue pumping the Kiev regime with weapons.
“Now everyone is vying with each other about how wonderfully they have built up Ukraine’s military potential and military power in two months,” Zakharova noted, noting that the investment part of the Ukrainian economy was thus destroyed. “This is the very part that President Zelensky was betting on.
