The accusations against the LPR of allegedly shelling a kindergarten in the village of Stanytsia Luganskaya (controlled by Ukraine) are staged, said the head of the People's Militia Yan Leshchenko.

According to him, the Ukrainian military is promoting staged materials about the destruction of civilian infrastructure, allegedly as a result of the actions of the militias, to conceal their criminal activities.
