Russia (bbabo.net), - By unanimous decision, the deputies of the Tyumen City Duma of the 7th convocation at the 31st meeting supported the initiatives of the Deputy Governor, Director of the Regional Department of Education and Science Alexey Ryder and the Mayor of Tyumen Ruslan Kukharuk to transfer three land plots from the municipal property of the city in state ownership of the region. This is the first step towards the construction of the most important social facilities - educational institutions, which are designed to relieve the pressure on schools in the neighborhood.

Speaking with a report on the approval of the list of property proposed for transfer, Ivan Romanchuk, chairman of the permanent commission on economic development and the budget of the City Duma, noted that the Accounts Chamber of the city gave a positive opinion on all sites. A school for 1,200 students will appear on an area of ​​more than 24,000 square meters near Sudoremontnaya-Kulibin-Yermak-Makarov streets. Another temple of knowledge for 1.1 thousand seats will be built on Izumrudnaya Street - a plot of more than 23 thousand "squares" will be prepared for it. A site with an area of ​​more than 25,000 "squares" will be allocated to the same facility on Nenetskaya-Ishimskaya streets.

- The Mys microdistrict, the villages of Antipino and Melioratorov are now actively developing, the population is arriving there at a colossal pace. It is out of the question that something else, and not educational institutions, was erected on free plots, - stressed the chairman of the City Duma, Yevgeny Zabolotny. - They will work with existing reuse projects that have proven themselves at different levels - all of them are designed for a thousand or more students. I will add that the future schools are the embodiment of the orders of the inhabitants to the deputies.

The head of Tyumen, Ruslan Kukharuk, added that the issue considered at the Duma meeting was by no means a routine one.

- We are using a new scheme that involves the construction of schools with subsidies from the federal budget. The governor made a decision on four such objects.

At present, within the framework of the national project "Education", five schools for 1.1-1.5 thousand students are in the active stage of construction in the regional center. Already this year, the children will be called by a bell at school No. 30 near Komsomolsky Square.
